Services Provided

  • Digital Marketing: Our digital marketing services include paid advertising, email marketing, and display advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Social Media Marketing: We provide social media marketing services including content creation, strategy development, and paid campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide necessary content and information for web design and marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure that all information provided for the services is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Maintain communication with our team to ensure timely project completion.

Payment and Fees

  • Service payments are due per the payment schedule outlined in the service agreement.
  • Payments for ongoing services like SEO, digital marketing, and social media management are billed monthly or quarterly, depending on the agreement.

Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, ownership of the website design, content, and materials created for you will be transferred to you unless otherwise specified.
  • Any pre-existing intellectual property, including code and software, remains Preet Web Vision’s or its licensors’ property.

Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Any outstanding payments for completed services will be due immediately in the case of termination.

Limitation of Liability Preet Web Vision is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Amendments: We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions anytime. You will be notified of changes via email or a notice on our website.
