At Preet Web Vision, we provide professional digital marketing services and managed hosting. Because our work involves manual technical labor, server resources, and custom strategy, the following refund and cancellation rules apply to our main agency site and the hPanel (hpanel.preetwebvision.com) billing portal.


1. Pre-Built Site Setup ($99 Setup Fee)

  • Non-Refundable: The $99 Setup Fee is strictly non-refundable once our technical team has begun the manual installation of your website template, database configuration, or brand asset integration.

  • Service Definition: This fee covers the specific hours of manual labor required to launch your site. Because this time cannot be “returned,” this portion of your payment is final.

2. Managed Hosting Services

  • 30-Day Hosting Guarantee: New hosting clients are eligible for a full refund of the hosting portion of their payment if requested within the first 30 days of service.

  • Recurring Billing: After the initial 30 days, hosting fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the hPanel Client Portal to prevent future billing. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months already used.

  • Domain Names: Domain registration and renewal fees are paid to third-party registries and are 100% non-refundable under all circumstances.

3. Digital Marketing & SEO Services

  • Project Deposits: For custom digital marketing, SEO audits, or social media management, the initial deposit is non-refundable once the “Discovery & Strategy” phase has commenced.

  • Completed Services: No refunds will be issued for marketing services already performed or for projects that have been completed and approved by the client.

4. How to Cancel or Request a Refund

  • To Cancel: You can manage and cancel your recurring hosting subscriptions at any time directly through your account at hpanel.preetwebvision.com. or email Us

  • To Request a Refund: Please email inquiry@preetwebvision.com with your Order Number and a brief explanation of your request.

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method (PayPal or Stripe).

5. Dispute Policy

We pride ourselves on our support. We strongly encourage all clients to contact us directly to resolve any technical or billing issues. Opening a dispute on PayPal or Stripe before contacting our support team may result in the immediate suspension of your hosting services and website access to protect our infrastructure.
