Refund Policy

Services Provided

Due to the nature of digital marketing, SEO, and web design services, we do not offer refunds on completed services. Once a service or project has begun, we allocate resources and time that cannot be recovered.

Deposit Refunds

If a deposit has been paid but work has not yet commenced, clients may request a refund within 7 days of payment. Once work has started, the deposit is non-refundable.

Project Termination

If a client wishes to terminate a project mid-way, any work completed up to that point will be billed at the agreed-upon rate, and the remaining balance will be due.

Dissatisfaction

If clients are not satisfied with our work, we encourage open communication to resolve any issues. We will make reasonable revisions to ensure client satisfaction, but we do not guarantee specific results.
