By accessing our website (preetwebvision.com) or our billing portal (hpanel.preetwebvision.com), you agree to the following terms. These terms protect both your rights as a client and our rights as a service provider.
1. The $99 Setup Service

Scope of Work: The one-time $99 setup fee covers the manual installation of one (1) chosen website template, basic database configuration, and the integration of your provided brand assets (Logo/Colors).

Client Responsibility: You are responsible for providing the necessary content and images for your site. Any custom coding or extensive design changes outside the original template are considered “Custom Agency Work” and will be billed separately.
2. Managed Hosting & Maintenance

Uptime: We strive for 99.9% server uptime. However, we are not liable for any loss of business or data due to third-party server outages or maintenance windows.

Backups: While we perform regular server backups, it is the client’s final responsibility to keep a local copy of their website data.

Prohibited Content: Our hosting services may not be used for illegal activities, spamming, or hosting malicious software. Any violation will result in immediate termination without a refund.
3. Payments & Billing

Currency: All transactions are processed in USD unless otherwise stated.

Failed Payments: If a recurring hosting payment fails, our system will attempt to retry. If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, your website may be temporarily suspended.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our hosting or setup fees with a 30-day notice to existing clients.
4. Digital Marketing & SEO Services

No Guarantee of Results: While we use industry-standard strategies to improve your SEO and Marketing, we cannot guarantee specific rankings or a specific “Number of Sales,” as these depend on market competition and third-party algorithms (Google/TikTok/Meta).

Access: You agree to provide the necessary administrative access to your marketing accounts required for us to perform our services.
5. Limitation of Liability
Preet Web Vision and its owner shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business reputation.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Punjab, IN. Any disputes shall be resolved through direct communication or via professional mediation before legal action is taken.
